At Al Hafsa, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange Window
- You must initiate the return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For perfumes and attars, at least 90%–95% of the liquid must remain to be eligible.
- Items showing signs of excessive use or tampering will not be accepted.
2. Process for Returns & Exchanges
Return/Exchange Steps:
- Contact us at info@alhafsa.com or WhatsApp +92 312 0008260 with your Order ID, reason for return, and pictures/videos of the product (if damaged).
- Send the product back to our provided return address.
(Customer must bear the return shipping cost) - Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
- Approve exchange and dispatch the replacement
- Or approve refund and initiate payment (if eligible)
Exchange Notes:
- The replacement product will only be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- The product was defective/damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was sent
- You returned the item in acceptable condition as per the return policy
Refund Method:
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (as per your preference)
Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping/Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Used, opened, or partially consumed perfumes/attars
- Items returned with more than 10%–15% usage will be partially refunded or rejected
4. Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives broken, leaking, or damaged:
- Report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
- Send clear photos/videos as proof via WhatsApp or email
- We will offer a free replacement or suitable compensation depending on product availability
5. Important Notes
- Al Hafsa reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange/refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply due to fragrance dislike or change of mind.
- Custom or discounted/bundle items may not be eligible for full refunds.
