4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including:

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Coverage: Pakistan only
Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days
  • Other cities: 2–7 working days

Delivery Partners: Leopards, TCS, Trax, PosteX, M&P

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following terms:

For Refunds:

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Perfumes and attars must have at least 90%–95% of the liquid remaining.
  • Refunds are issued only after physical inspection of the returned product.
  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

For Exchanges:

  • The replacement item is shipped only after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Exchange shipping charges are also paid by the customer.

For Damaged/Defective Products:

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with photo/video proof.
  • We offer free replacement for damaged items.

We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet the above criteria.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Hafsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Product misuse or allergic reactions
  • Delay or inability to use the website
  • Unforeseen shipping delays
